International poll by FHM magazine, Actress Megan Fox has topped the 100 'sexiest women in the world' poll for the second successive year.
Californian beauty Jessica Alba climbed back one step from third position last year to gain the second spot this year.
Scarlett Johansson also jumped two spots from last year to land at the third spot.
Jessica Beil suffered a drop in two positions as she managed only the fourth position as compared to last year's number two.
Television actress Madeline Zima of Californication fame made her way into the list and straightaway managed to grab the Fifth position.
